When does the 24-hour turnaround start?
After payment is received. Repairs are typically completed within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. We’ll text you when yours are ready.
How do payment and pickup work?
Pay at the shop for an in-person drop-off. If you use the drop box, we’ll send an online invoice. Once your screens are ready, the pickup box lets you collect them after hours too.
Can I get pet mesh or solar screens?
Yes. Pet mesh, solar screens, and specialty frame colors are available for an additional charge. Text or call to talk through your options.
